*The above Windows XP and Vista Academic Site License Prices are based on a Per Seat License plan. Special Educational Discount prices is between 77% and up to 84% of the retail price of a single copy, depending on the number of students and licensed computers. The number of computers that can have access to the server application must be equal to or less than the number of licenses bought. When the number of client machines grows, an institution can either buy additional licenses or order a custom license to serve the needed number of students per available computer. The above prices are sometimes a fraction of what some language schools may charge a single student per year to enroll in an Arabic language course.

A multi-user Site License includes a required Server Application and a Teacher Application to monitor students activities and attendance.
