"God must have seen something right within me for He has surely answered my prayers for a method of efficiently learning the exquisite Arabic language by blessing me to discover and purchase a copy of Mualimi - My Arabic Teacher I cannot say enough good about not only this one-of-a-kind program but also of its developers. They had a vision over a decade ago to make learning the Arabic language more accessible to students of language (of any age!) here within the Western Hemisphere. This unique methodology mimics the way we all learned our native languages: By color visuals, associated sounds and repetition. We surely did not have flash cards and dictionaries when we were in the cradle! I thank God for continuing to answer my prayers... As Salaam Aleikum, First and foremost, I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire staff of Pearlink Software on behalf of myself and my family for developing such a comprehensive/all inclusive Arabic language program for the serious student. In retrospect, I have enganged in several Arabic study programs, and have spent hundreds of dollars on programs and books with minimum success. The material was often unclear or demanded additional one to one tutorial, which tends to be expensive and is generally for top students. With "My Arabic Teacher" the format is clear and precise. The learning process is almost effortless, which I believe can be attributted to its interactive ability to engross one in the transmission of knowledge. As Salaam Aleikum, This is truly an unbelievable program. I do not think there is anything like it in the market, or even in overseas language courses. I would like to congratulate the developers of My Arabic Teacher program. They did a great job, obviously, with a great effort. This could not have come with a simple look alike template program. Everything seems custom made for that specific lesson. Amazingly interactive. I do not want to do an injustice to it by calling it simply a "program" or a "software". This is a remarkable, full scale, professional, extensive, full time curriculum. If I were to run a language course facility, Arabic class in a university, or weekend courses in a mosque, this would have been my only choice for the best results. It offers a full curriculum with a culture, not a portion of the studies. I was a little bit hesitant in the beginning because of the price of it, and some negative prior experiences with some other software available in the market, but, My Arabic Teacher is not anything like those template type limited programs in the market. As the name says, you will be getting a virtual Arabic Teacher, wherever you might be. When I realized that it only costs less than $1.00 per lesson, plus all the other tools and gadgets, a word processing software, game, screen saver,.... the price is well justified. Besides, I also believe that we Muslims have to support this kind of state-of-the-art programs for the well being of our communities. If I were to go to an overseas language course it would have cost me (ticket, tuition, room & board, expenses,....) a fortune and my learning would almost end at the end of the six weeks term. Avni G., PA, USA Salaam! Mualimi 2.1.2 is a masterpiece sent to correct, refine and complete the Arabic that I was taught years ago in the 70's and 80's. Mualimi 2.1.2 teaches and enhances all of what I have learnt, while introducing much, much, more! I find it easier to read the Arabic in the Quran, articles in Islamic magazines, etc., when I've finished studying for the day, I close Mualimi to take a breath and thank the Almighty for sending one of the masters to develop Mualimi software and send it my way. As both a student and a prospective educator, I have to say that I was greatly impressed by the comprehensive curriculum provided by My Arabic Teacher 2.1.2 The software is excellent for anyone interested in learning, teaching, or refreshing their knowledge of the Arabic language. I was astounded and impressed with the quality and quantity of study material that is provided. There is so much content (vocabulary, grammar, math, reading, history, geography, Islam...) that I haven't even been able to browse though everything yet. I was happy to see colorful illustrations and pictures as well as sound effects which I am sure will entice younger children to begin studying with Mualimi. As for adults, the diverse content is ample enough to keep one interested and eager to learn. This program is a very resourceful, user-friendly tool for learning Arabic. One of the most helpful aspects of the program is the pop-up translations that appear when a word is clicked; this audio-visual presentation helps to reinforce and ingrain the words into one's memory. And, not only will you be able to speak and read Arabic, but you will be able to write it, too, by using the printable practice writing pages from the program. I really can't say enough about the curriculum provided in My Arabic Teacher 2.1, but I would like to thank Pearl Link Software for providing such an excellent tool which is an answer to all our prayers! When I first opened My Arabic Teacher software, I was so amazed to see how much learning information it contained. The program began with basic learning and it excel to the advance level. It is a good learning tool for all levels. After receiving this software I spent hours browsing through each level, amazed at how much work and time it took to put this all together. Having some knowledge of the Arabic language I can see where this program can help advance me even more. I love how My Arabic Teacher inner mix the culture and religion with the studies. Most programs I have worked with did not include the culture and religion. I see myself spending many hours with this and I recommend My Arabic Teacher to all those who have a will to learn the Arabic language. Maa Salaama.
